work to help transform the culture, values, policies, and procedures within the Memphis police department to ensure officers perform their duties with respect for civil and human rights

evaluate and expand city of memphis youth programming and engagement opportunities

work with mentoring organizations to increase participation and identify areas of improvement for engagement

work with schools to evaluate and provided solutions to encourage and keep youth in schools while preparing them for college, trade school, or to become career-ready

evaluate current housing availability and identify resources to develop more quality affordable housing
